The continued development and growth opportunities for the commercialization of key enabling technologies (eg, nanotechnology, synthetic biology, Biomaterials) raises security issues (EHS) for the regulators to various governments for the fundamental environmental health. Although the existing practices for risk assessment and risk management (M & RA) is applicable to these technologies, their implementation requires information that is difficult to obtain due to the limited availability of quantitative data to populate the corresponding models of the exhibition material, danger and consequences. To facilitate regulatory decisions for the emerging technology research and innovation and on behalf of the corresponding risks EHS, a global risk management (RG) must take into account both qualitative and quantitative data under high uncertainty and according to regional needs local government technology.
